Filtering the Vegetable Oil (Part #1)

I get the used veggie oil in the original jugs from the restaurants

(Prefilter setup).. 5 gal pail , spaghetti strainer, window screens, and cheese cloth.. this gets the big stuff out of the oil

After you prefilter the oil this is the 5 micron filter bag used for the final filtering before putting into your veggie tank

This the spigot, nylon nut, "O" ring and marine grade glue used to make a pail for filtering veggie oil

(upper bucket with spigot) Prefiltered for chunks/settled for a month veggie oil (old bar stool without the seat) 5 micron filter bag inside clear plastic bag to keep oil from going down the sides of the legs of the stool (bottom bucket w/ spigot) clean oil ( let it settle for a week before using it )
